Founded by Katie and Mark Hale on their return from an assignment in the Caribbean, Spec began as a small, local, cleaning firm. Together they grew the business into a multi-faceted services company delivering not only domestic but commercial, industrial and construction cleaning services to the public sector, private and broader industry.

Spec’s growth and training policy is developed around succession planning.
