Supporting Our Indigenous Employees and Industry
Guided by our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), Spec Indigenous helps strengthen local communities, support Indigenous participation and ensure our growth across Australia delivers positive social impact alongside strong service outcomes.
Spec Indigenous supports lasting opportunities for Indigenous suppliers by prioritising their products and services, backed by clear procurement targets and partnerships with Supply Nation businesses.
Collaboration with Indigenous Artist Danielle Mate
Danielle Mate was commissioned to create a bespoke artwork representing the ocean, colours and commitments of Spec Services and Spec Indigenous. The artwork is now featured throughout our Reconciliation Action Plan, the Spec Services Head Office, on our fleet and most importantly on our uniforms, sustainably printed by Indigenous business YARN Promo.
